3/4 WISE
by Shannon Michael Terry

When the moon is bright
You can see the land
It sparkles with imaginary light

When the land is nourished by the light
You ca feel the pules
Coming threw your hands
You can feel it coming threw my hands

In this time
Infants are arriving
Coming in
Muilty colored diamonds
Interracial hews
As history unfolds

Showing
growing
Slowing
Knowing

Stop
the hatred toward our self
Stop
the blaming
The naming
The blaming
Naming and naming

Stop
crying
The victim blues
Stop
The I am man
You are woman
We are both
With out that
We don’t were these human shoes

The tree of life
Stands before us
And inside us
It is our DNA
Unraveling
Spiraling
Helixes Mating

We fuse
Not refuse
We fuse

And when we
Drop!
Drop!
Drop!
The armor
Resting with feather like heart

And when we
Drop!
Drop!
Drop!
The armor
This is were we stop

The blaming
The blaming
The naming
Stop the naming
The naming
Naming and
Blaming

Clear as the moon is shinning
3/4 wise
Building
Building
Growing
Showing
Flowing
